- Incorrect Email Filter
Email filters are created to filter the incoming emails and direct them towards the stipulated folder. Creating filters to keep email account organized is helpful but it can get you into uninvited trouble if you have created wrong filters i.e. the emails that are meant for a filter have been set to be received under some other filter. So while creating filters you need to be extra careful so that no such incidents happen. Also, if you are not sure how to correct the mistake, you can simply delete the filters and then check if you can receive emails.
- Sender is Blocked
You are expecting mail from someone and have blocked the same person mistakenly. Yes, this can be one of the reasons for which you are receiving any email on your SBCGlobal account. So, go and check your block list and make sure you haven’t blocked someone you shouldn’t.
- Recipient has Blocked You
