  • On the next page, you will be asked to confirm your identity by entering your email address; after you are done, click ‘Continue’.

Username: your email address

Password: your RR email password


Port: 110 

Security type: None

Outgoing Server settings


Port: 587 (It can be 25 if 587 fails)

Security type: None

Require sign-in: Check

Username: (based on location)

Password: Use your Roadrunner email password.

6. Check the Email Attachments

If you are facing difficulty while sending the emails, check the size of the attachment you have attached in your email. Adding email attachments of greater size can make you face this problem. 

7. Fix Login Issues

  1. Open the Mail on your device and enter your roadrunner email address; tap ‘Next’.
  2. Choose POP3 and then tap ‘Next’.
  3. Enter the password
  4. Then fill the following information under the Incoming server settings section:

Username: enter your email address

Password: use your Roadrunner email password

Server: pop.server. 

Port: 110

Security type: None

  1. Tap Next, and then enter these details under Outgoing server settings section:

Server: SMTP-server. 

Port: 587

Security type: None

Require sign-in: Check


Password: your Roadrunner email password.

  1. Tap Ok to complete the process. 

Troubleshooting Roadrunner Email Issues on iPhone

  1. Open the Settings of your iPhone and go to Mail, Contacts, and Calendars and then tap ‘Add Account’.
  2. Then choose ‘Additional’, tap ‘Add Mail Account’ and enter the following details:
  • Type in the details
  • Address: your username- username@ec.rr.comAccount
  • Description: enter the name that is there on your Account listing on iPhone.
  1. Then press ‘Next’ and for Incoming Mail Server, enter the following details:

Incoming Mail Server Host: pop-server.

User Name: enter your complete email address

Accounts: enter your password

Port: 110

  1. Then enter the following detail for Outgoing Mail Server:

Outgoing Mail Server Host: mobile-SMTP.

User Name: enter you RR username

Password: enter your RR password

Interface: 587Finally, click on ‘Save’
