Without any notification, Microsoft launched its Tech support website i.e. Microsoft Answer Desk. Some of the users are telling it to be similar to Apples Genius Bar as if Microsoft copied Apple. Microsoft Answer Desk is just a refurbished version of Microsoft Gurus that was introduced back in 2008.
Microsoft Answer Desk is available free of charge and it is your one-stop platform for technical questions, troubleshooting, PC tune-ups, and repairs.
If you have a Windows Live ID, you just need to sign and choose a Technical representative to speak with. If you do not have a Windows Live ID, enter your info once you select a Technical executive. It may take some time to get connected to an available Tech.
Once you get connected to a technical representative, you will be asked how they may help you. Provide as much info as you can in order to get the required help efficiently and quickly. The chat with the Answer Tech will be quick and simple and once you get the required solution, you can exit the chat. If the chat option doesn’t help, you can use the ‘Fix it Centre Pro’ to get help for your issues.
