Well-regarded app researcher, Alessandro Paluzzi, posted a new feature about Threads through his threads account.

You can see from the image shared by Alessandro; that Threads is currently working on a new option that would allow users to switch profiles within the post composer. This would make it easier for users to post from a connected account.
This new feature could come in real handy for those who post a lot and are managing multiple social media accounts. This comes right in the alley of social media managers who have connected business accounts.
Suppose a brand manager comes up with an idea for a post at the moment, or they want to post breaking news, this would be a great way to switch accounts.
We cannot say that this would be a major upgrade, functionally, as Threads enabled in-stream profile switching last year. People with connected accounts can easily switch between two profiles by double-tapping on the profile image in the bottom right of the main UI.
However, this feature will come in handy when you want to reshare a post from another account. You don’t have to go to another account, look for the post to share, and then compose a new update. Now, this feature will enable users to share posts from either of the accounts.
With this, Threads wants to facilitate connected accounts and then allow users to access your secondary profile right within the app.
Well, there is a downside to this as well. You might end up posting that update from the wrong account. But that’s not a huge problem.
