Now, Threads has launched the analytics of the account on the app, making it easier for users to keep a tab on the performance of the profile right on their mobile.
You can check out the above image, the new Thread analytics on mobile devices is live now. Now, there is a dedicated chart button at the top of your profile in the app. Well, you will have to update your app and get the latest version to see the new chart button.
Once you tap on the chart button, the next screen will provide insight into post views, likes, replies, re-posts, and quotes of your Threads posts. It will also give you some other parameters like audience demographics (location, age, and gender) and more. Users can filter the duration of the analytics from 7 days to 90 days.
Well, this is not something mind boggling or path breaking, the same is available on Threads desktop analytics. The desktop version of Threads Analytics was launched back in August. So, users have been able to access the same data through the desktop version of Threads for some time now.
However, it wasn’t available for the mobile app, but now it is. This gives users the flexibility of checking the analytics of a profile anytime.
The app itself is gaining momentum as it is steadily raising the monthly download rankings. Threads also has 200 million monthly active users as per the official data shared by Meta. And the X debacle in Brazil also pushed many users towards Threads.
If it continues to gain traction over the next year or two, the app does have the potential to cross the monthly active users of X.
The mobile analytics is now available on both Android and iOS apps starting today.
