The three kinds of games are definitely going to be supported by the Nintendo Switch. The names of the three kinds of games include original titles for Switch 2, original Switch 1 games, and lastly, Switch 2 Edition. There are great exclusives like Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, Kirby Air Riders, and the new FromSoftware game named The Duskbloods. We also have a list of those confirmed as Switch 2 Edition, by the way, for the few we know so far.

Although a few dates could change, it really looks good and firm in the long list of games to come on June 5, 2025, including Donkey Kong Bananza, which will follow a little more than a month after the Switch 2 goes live.
A prayer is said that the First Party Switch 2 edition titles include The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Kirby and the Forgotten Land + Star-Crossed World, etc., and the dates of anticipated releases are mentioned here. Other titles include The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Kirby. This one is also on the waiting list of fans.
