In addition to these patches, the tech giant brought Recovery updates for both Windows 10 as well as Windows 11. It addresses the persistent KB5048239 issue with the new update named, KB5050411

As a tradition, Microsoft has also unveiled new dynamic updates for the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) which is commonly referred to as Safe OS updates. This time, updates are available for all the versions of Windows 11 including 24H2, 23H2, and 22H2.

Interestingly, there were no updates released for Setup binaries, which is generally a part of the package during recovery updates. Regarding the WinRE updates, Microsoft mentioned,

These Dynamic Updates are designed to be applied to exciting Windows images before they are deployed. In a blog post on the Tech community about Windows 10 Dynamic Updates, Microsoft explained the various components as well as applications of Dynamic Updates.

These packages consist of fixes for Setup.exe binaries, SafeOS updates for the Windows Recovery Environment, and much more. It is essential to note that these WinRE dynamic updates are not automatically distributed through Windows Update. They can be manually downloaded from the Windows Update Catalog website and the users can access them here, KB5050119, KB5050200.
