Official Google confirmation shows that the flagship ‘Made by Google’ hardware event will take place in Brooklyn, New York, on August 20, 2025. Starting at 1 p.m. ET / 10 a.m. PT, the tech leviathan is expected to unveil its future device roster during the live stream: the Pixel 10 series, the Pixel Watch 4, new Pixel Buds, and maybe the launch of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
The focal point of the Made by Google event will be the Pixel 10 cell phones, rumored to have up to four varieties. These devices are meant to include important upgrades while preserving the minimalist design language of the Pixel 9 family. Each model is expected to run Android 16 and be powered by Google’s new Tensor G5 processor, probably created using TSMC’s 3 nm process, marking a departure from Samsung Foundry.
The leaked specifications imply more powerful internal components, including up to 16 GB of RAM, larger batteries (especially for the Pro XL and Fold models), better cameras and haptics, albeit the Pro models are scheduled to use the same triple-camera arrangement as the Pixel 9 Pro.
Also scheduled for exhibit at the Made by Google event is the Pixel Watch 4, which is supposed to offer wider battery, wireless charging capabilities, and smaller bezels, a major improvement over the limitations of the prior model. It is expected to run on Wear OS 6, perhaps with more integration of Google’s artificial intelligence products like Gemini Live.
Maybe the Made by Google event will also introduce a new generation of Pixel Buds, maybe named 2a or Pro 3, with updated sensors and contemporary looks. Moreover, news indicates a revised line of accessories, including magnetic chargers (Pixelsnap) and maybe fresh smart glasses or XR gear.
By scheduling the Made by Google event for late August, which puts it ahead of Apple’s iPhone announcements, Google wants to grab the attention as the holiday shopping season nears. The debut of Google’s most powerful Tensor G5 chip emphasizes Google’s commitment to on-device artificial intelligence and machine learning, a growing field in mobile technology.
