Exploring iOS 18.4 Beta: 5 Potential iPhone Game-Changers

Potential changes in the iOS 18.4 Beta

Apple will certainly be launching a few products next week which will be very hush-hush but will definitely leave a huge mark on the company’s history. Speculations are floating around new launches such as a new iPhone SE or an addition to the Apple Vision Pro.

But one thing is for sure for release, which is the iOS 18.4 beta. According to Mark Gurman, Bloomberg’s Apple insider, this is expected to arrive next week. The next iOS version promises to bring a whole new array of features and improvements for the iPhone user.

Among them is a new emoji representing the idea of late-night living which is a tired face on which there are big bags under the eyes. Most likely pop up in your late-night iMessage conversations, plus a harp, shovel, rootless beet-like vegetable, purple ink splatter, and leafless tree coming past the emoji horizon.

Apple usually brings in the latest emojis approved by the Unicode Consortium in its iOS updates. Naturally, these additions are expected to be featured at the launch. In one exciting new development, Gurman points out that Siri will get an upgrade under Apple Intelligence.

This enhancement would then most probably come with the iOS 18.4 beta. Apple introduced during the launch event its AI products, collectively called Apple Intelligence, last June.

Though the company was quite late as far as AI is concerned, it took several months to commence the official rollout, and even now, many of these functions have been lying unreleased, unknowingly for more than eight months. Siri gets smarter through Apple Intelligence in one of the areas that most expect.

These new Siri features are expected to facilitate the personal contexts, which by definition means that your assistant will be able to use your data to give you customized responses.
