Google has been the worst company when it comes to protecting their devices from being leaked months before the launch.
Earlier we saw the leaked Google Pixel 9 Pro design, but now we’re seeing the hands-on images of upcoming three Pixel models, including, Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL.
In case you’re surprised about the XL version, Google has not confirmed it yet, but they’re going to launch three high end slab style devices this year. The naming scheme might be different from what we’re listing here today but there are surely going to be three high end Pixel devices from Google this year.
Looking at the leaked images, it seems like Pixel 9 will be the successor of Pixel 8, and Pixel 9 Pro XL will be the successor of Pixel 8 Pro. There is going to be another device that will have a similar form factor to a Pixel 9 but will have all the specs that the XL version has.
According to Rozetked, the Pixel 9’s is 6.24″, the Pixel 9 Pro’s 6.34″, and the Pixel 9 XL’s 6.73″. Pixel 9 will have 12GB RAM and the other two variants will have 16GB RAM. All three devices will come with 120Hz refresh rate.
Size-wise Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro are identical but the former has larger bezels than the latter. The Pixel 9 Pro and and Pro XL have three 50 MP cameras on the back and Pixel 9 unsurprisingly has a main camera and an ultrawide, while the other two both add a periscope telephoto as well, for 5x optical zoom.
All these devices will be powered by Tensor G4 SoC, the latest chip from Google.
