  • Firstly, visit the ATT Password Reset Page
  • Then enter the User ID and Last Name of your account and click on ‘Continue’ after selecting ‘I’m not a robot’.
On the ATT Password Reset Page, enter your Use ID and Last Name of your account and click on ‘Continue’ after selecting ‘I’m not a robot.’
  • You will be then directed towards the account verification page where you will get several methods for verification:
  1. Recovery using the mobile phone number
  2. Recovery using the secondary email address
  3. Recovery by answering the security question.
  4. Recovery with Temporary password
  • Select the method that you want to use and then follow the on-screen instructions to get the code.
  • Enter the code that you receive
  • After the verification is complete successfully, you will be allowed to create a new password for your AT&T account. 
  • Once you have created a new password, try to sign in again using the new password.

After changing your password, make sure to update it everywhere, including all your devices and third-party email applications where you have linked your SBCGlobal email account.
